NEW BEGINNINGS

recovery homes for women

Why We Exist

New Beginnings Recovery Homes for Women exists to provide women the opportunity to seek healing, forgiveness, and sobriety in Jesus' name.

Celebrate Recovery, Narcotics Anonymous, & Alcoholics Anonymous

Residents attend a variety of meetings to help them on their journey to recovery. In addition to meetings, clients are required to find a sponsor to work through the steps of recovery in whatever program they choose.

House Meetings and Counseling

New Beginnings holds a weekly house meeting where residents get the chance to have meaningful discussions with each other. Weekly house meetings may include anything from going around the room talking about our experiences for the week to graduation celebrations.

New Beginnings also has a counselor on staff that meets with residents at least once a month to discuss needs and progress.

Church

Every Sunday, we attend Compassion church as a group. Many of our residents attend multiple services so that they can serve with other ministries. This is also a wonderful time for other family members to attend with our residents.

WHAT we do

First and foremost, the goal of New Beginnings is to communicate to our residents that Jesus loves them, in addiction and sobriety. From that base, we seek to introduce our residents to people and programs that are going to care for them and help them move beyond their addictions. Residents are required to attend multiple meetings and services a week because we believe that in order to see a change, accountability, education, community, and faith must be a part of recovery. We do not simply want women to come to our program to serve their time. We want women to experience complete life change, life change that lasts.
